Returns Policy
With pre-approval, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within five days of us receiving your return. The original "free" outbound shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund if the return is due to simply changing your mind.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, all products shown are in stock. We ship fast and provide tracking info.
Many of our larger items cannot be shipped for a reasonable amount and require local pickup at our Jamestown, New York warehouse. The system will not allow you to place these items in your cart. All other items can be shipped to USA lower-48 states only.
